Collaborative Worker

Throughout high school i don't think that i've really been that much of a collaborative worker because i like to do things by myself. This year however i found that if i want to besuccessful in life i need to be ablee to work with others and while in Ms. Lonneckers peer counseling class i was able to experience such things. We did an assignment where we got the opportunity to be teachers ourselves and it was difficult. Some team members that i had didn't want to do anything but we got through it and taught what i thought were very successful lessons that some of the freshman were able to relate to. Being in a team taught me how to work with others and see how other people do things and what kind of ideas other people have. Being a colaborative worker helps people to understand one another. Being a colaborative worker myself helped and taught me how other people learn and how other people reatain information that has been taught to them.
